After several days of heavy rain the St.John River has come up over it's banks in many areas, and with more rain and snow in the forcast combined with snow that is still melting in the woods, it will still continue to rise. Here, the Fredericton City Police shouldn't have a problem getting people to obey this no parking sign, atleast until the water receeds. This sign is in Carleton Park on the northside of the St.John River .
