Firefighters battle an early morning blaze at Franks Fish and Chips.
Extremely cold temperatures of 30 degrees below zero caused the storm drains
to freeze over, which filled the parking lot with water causing the fog.
I was hit by water during this shoot, and before I could raise my hand to
brush the water off the top of my flash, it froze solid.
